New ZAP all-electric vehicles are covered against any component failure (bumper-to-bumper) for six (6) months following ship date. An additional one year of this warranty may be purchased for $990.
Warranty is automatically activated when you purchase your ZAP Product. Warranty includes replacement parts and repairs. Warranty is voided if the product is rented, used in a manner other than recreation, or modified in any way.
Maintenance on ZAP electric vehicles is minimal. If a vehicle requires service, ZAP has serrvice technicians available over telephone or Skype most anytime that you would need one.
